To make your tour and everyone who attends as entertaining and comfortable as possible, we ask that you abide and agree to all of the guidelines and rules below.  

We advise that you wear athletic type shoes if you are undertaking the walking tour – it is very steep and has uphill climbs in certain areas of the walking tour.

Please dress weather appropriate as it gets very cold in the evenings – coats, gloves and hats may be appropriate during cooler months.

We advise a blanket or something comfy to sit on if you are not taking the walking tour, as you will be sitting for 1 ½ hours or more.

Be aware that there are no public bathrooms available during the tour so please make sure that you take a bathroom break before arriving for your tour.  

You are welcome to bring water or non-alcoholic drinks as long as you are willing to carry these throughout the tour. Backpacks are encouraged to hold any items that you may bring, as there are not bathrooms along our route.

We advise that you bring a flashlight.

Although children are allowed this tour is not really made for younger children, as it will not hold their attention.  We do not offer refunds to parents or children that become non-interested or need to leave due to the child's behavior.

We also advise that if you have any health conditions, are elderly or pregnant that you do not take the walking tour.  It can be strenuous as we are walking up and down hill. We have a non-walking tour available.

Cameras are allowed.

Umbrellas only if necessary.

In order to ensure everyone’s enjoyment we ask that you refrain from any foul or inappropriate language or conversation during the tour.  

We ask that you stay with your guide at all times to ensure your safety.

In case of inclement weather we will make the call prior to tour start – you will receive a full refund if you have paid by paypal.  Please provide your contact phone number upon reservation so that you can be contacted in case of tour cancellation.   

Tours must have 6 or more attendees reserved or tour may be cancelled.  

We will not tolerate any property damage or littering.

If you do not abide by any of the above you will be asked to leave the tour immediately and are not entitled to receive any refund or reimbursement of any kind.
